๐Ÿ“ Note: May 2026 monthly report
In general, the plant operational and process data is stable and good.
Plant recovery is good.
yestsrday, on june 16th, we added some flow totalizers to the CSV file so next report we can calculate the system recovery more accurate

1. Product Quality

๐Ÿ“ Note: Product quality is within the desirable range.
EDI Prod Cond was a beat scattered, by may it is just fine
Analyzers Na & SiO2 were calibrated at the end of February and the results can be easily seen
on 18th of may it was calibrated again (also cond indicator).

๐Ÿ“ Note: Plant recovery is within the desirable range.
RO-Pass-1 recovery is a beat lower than desired (79.4 instead of 80%) because relatively short operation time (each operation starts and ends with stages where the water flown to disposal)
RO-Pass-2 + EDI are a beat higher, so the overall recovery is fine

3. MMF & Inlet Parameters

๐Ÿ“ Note: Stable and good.
in the BW event graph we don't sea any event, it is becouse of low resolution. BW is done every 100 working hours.

4. RO

๐Ÿ“ Note: Stable and good
RO-Pass-1-B-dp is a beat higher than A,C (about 0.3-0.4 bar) but within the desirable range โ€“ we will continue to follow.

5. EDI Units

๐Ÿ“ Note: Stable and good
Voltage is a beat higher than last year but already started to get back low (anyway is within the desirable range)
